XF help needed: Server Error Log

I am looking for a qualified person to help me identify and resolve server errors.

I am constantly getting quite a few entries in my Server Error Log and I don't really know what to make of them. Site functionality does not seem to be impaired but I would like to know what I should do, if anything, to resolve this and keep the error log clean.

I need someone with solid experience and I’m happy to pay reasonable rates for the right person to help me out.

Running XF 1.4.4 with about 700,000 monthly pageviews.

There are 1,550 items in the log. How do I write to a file?
