Fixed XF deletes rows below tables when editing posts

Repro:

1. Enter a line of text
2. Leave blank line
3. Insert table
4. Leave blank line
5. Insert table
6. Leave blank line
7. Enter a line of text
8. Click Post
9. Clicked edit

Expected result:

• Empty lines are preserved before and after lines of text and tables

Actual result:

• Empty lines are deleted preceding #3 and #6 above and extra lines are added following #3 and #6 when you edit and save the post
