although of small importance, I would like to point out that the "social logins" return a blank page with the related errors.

• An error occurred while connecting with Google. Please try again later.
• An error occurred while connecting with Facebook. Please try again later.

I wasn't experiencing these errors exactly, although we have identified and resolved an issue

@Paul B, in my profile (header and «About» tab) and its tooltip, I see the «New direct message» button.

This is a feature, not a bug.

You may now send a direct message to yourself.

Can confirm I'm still receiving the emoji page for any reaction other than like. If you try to love/laugh at a post you get a separate page confirming the action.

Clicking "Remove" on the "Review selected messages" popup only removes the first quote and won't remove others after that one unless you close and reopen. @Paul B

Selecting the Imponente! Prefix in the Test messages forum shows "[object HTMLDivElement]" but does not show on the others. Possibly because it's the last Prefix in the list. @Paul B

Hmm. The web app still rotates on phone even if orientation is locked on the device. Minor nuisance that should be fixable by @digitalpoint addon.

If it's an open bug report, which I believe it is, it has not been fixed in either 2.2 or 2.3, yet.

Perhaps that's why I've never been fond of "dark modes". I have a colour impairment and my vision sucks in general, though eye surgery for cataracts last year helped considerably beyond just getting rid of them. So I just don't bother with dark modes. Never really had a problem with light modes except in certain circumstances (e.g. I appreciate that my car automatically switches the screen to dark mode after sunset).

Not sure if it is 2.3 issue or just connection freakiness but the draft for this post was still appearing in the editor this morning even though I finished and posted it yesterday.

Clicking Save or Delete when editing a Bookmark on a thread refreshes the page instead of showing a success message.

Sometimes a name will show up twice when creating a conversation. @Paul B

Feel free to talk to yourself, use it to make notes, draft content, send yourself funny memes.

You can even draft things in there then invite someone else to join the conversation.

It's potentially really useful as a collaboration tool, or for taking notes.

I've been experiencing a bit of editor weirdness today.

More than usual.

I'm not a design guru and I'm not sure if this is the sort of feedback y'all are after, but after using the dark mode for a while, I notice that the screen seems a bit busy with colors. There is something about the black background that makes all the colors pop more and the contrast is more jarring than when I use the light mode / white background.

I agree with this. I feel like the colors should be muted a bit in dark mode.

The darkest black shade (backrgound, sidebars) should be lighter (less dark).

I still think the dark mode colors are OK, and my main work monitor is color-calibrated. It's all personal taste and we can always modify those colors once we install the update. I always modify colors, saturations, etc. when I create a new theme as I often try to match an existing logo. I just see XF's color choices being a starting point.
