[MEDIA = soundcloud_small]user-552924627/fw-94-vergleich-pitschshifter-ein-amp-1[ /MEDIA]

This works ok in my testing and I believe you've since posted another thread which suggests you're doing something custom, so this isn't a bug.

Correct, sorry. Founded out, that the square SC embedding, original from XF implemented via oEmbed works correct, but the Custom BB functionality via {$ID} did not adress the full URL anymore, as mentioned in the other thread i`ve now opened: https://xenforo.com/community/threads/custom-soundcloud-bb-code-issue-with-id.145733/post-1241532
