Just a suggestion, not sure if it has been covered.
Currently, you have the ability to choose which forums this add-on grabs from.
Would it be overly difficult to sort it one more level. Choose which goes to Twitter, which goes to Facebook? Some I'd just prefer not to be on Facebook, but I would like the option of them being seen on Twitter..

Since its still under development, features I've missed will be added on request.
I'd like to see the ability to only post topics that have xx messages. This way, you can 'highlight' the popular topics on your forum only.

My local server is running on PHP 5.4... so yeah, it has been tested

The main reason for that is the script is unable to contact either one, two or all the three servers.
Contact your host and tell them to check if these hosts are blocked...

If none of them have been blocked, then the likely issue is that there's a problem in the nodes between your server and any one of them... You can 'debug' by disabling all the plugins and enabling them one at a time and see which one causes the issue...
This is something out of my hand to be frank, as I don't manage the servers

It was a genuine misunderstanding over license terms and pretty unreasonable actions on the part of the original author (of the social tabs plugin).
