Other XenGallery to XenForo Media Gallery redirect

Has anyone been successful with a XenGallery to XenForo Media Gallery redirect?

Just set up a route filter to change xengallery/ (that’s the default XFMG route) to galllery/ (the default sonnb XG route).

That should take care of everything as the URL structure is identical - that’s assuming you’ve used the retain content IDs option in the importer. Otherwise there’s no viable solution unfortunately.

Alternatively if you want to keep the default XFMG route (which we change to media) then you’d need to set up server side redirects.
