Personally I'd try going through the checkout process and selecting 'PayPal'. You might be presented with an option to pay as a guest (where you insert your credit/debit card details and be done with it).

If that fails, try paying via card directly on Xenforo.

As a last resort, you could purchase a pre-paid card - Be sure to check this before purchasing though, there might be certain restrictions which prevent you from being able to use it at Xenforo.
