there is increasing and unique content on it, and i disagree with you - if what you say was accurate across the board, the seo industry would be dead

let my forum get further and i shall prove you wrong - all areas need to be covered, unique content like you say, seo, and a unique aim and message of the website
just adding unique content may be good for a big company only, even then that would take years to get real visibility

I know of no SEO providers. But I will give you a SEO-xenforo expert who consults and it can't hurt to start a conversation with him. Talk to @MySiteGuy he is highly reputable in the community and professional.

Out of the box, the latest versions of Xenforo has all the fundamentals for SEO in place. The rest is content, links, and authority,
and those take work. If you're not willing to do that work yourself, including re-writing your user's posts (which they probably won't appreciate) and writing plenty of unique articles, be prepared to spend thousands of dollars over months of time to do it right - and to continue to do it.
