XenForo Resource Manager - Direct Purchases?

I was planning to purchase XFRM. Looking here, it would seem like there are external download links to resources. On my own installation, can I directly allow users to purchase resources? I know I could create user groups and make downloads restricted to users in that group. But is there any way to directly purchase a resource?

Not from the XFRM add-on.

@Chris D's Xen Product Manager does work well for that though.
