XF 1.4 Xenforo not loading and maximising the entry process.

Okay, I have encountered an issue. Xenforo seems to be maxing out the entry process limit of 50 on my shared hosting.
The domain name is www.tweakbytes.com
Not a very large forum nor heavy traffic but this is suddenly happening. Currently I have used .htacess to password protect the whole directory.
I cant load my homepage. I am able to load the xenforo admin page but login does not happen at all.
I have contacted my host and there is no problem at their end. I am also able to access my old mybb install located at
www.tweakbytes.com/mybb fine.
Help is needed.
