Xenforo licensing

Hi there,

Newbie here planning to migrate an old VB site to xenforo.

Quick question on licensing. I'm planning on buying a single license, set it up on a test site so that I can work on skinning the forum and testing migrations then I'll be migrating the site to its proper domain structure etc. I assume licensing will allow me to do this without having to open tickets i.e. move somesubdomain.test.com to test.com?

Yes, that's fine.

All you need to do is update the URL associated with the license when you move it.

You can also have a permanent test installation, as long as it is password protected and only accessible by you and your staff.
