XenForo Importers 1.3.1 not available?

Just read the announcement about XenForo Importers 1.3.1 being available. I am about to install a new board and wanted to get the importer. The link provided in the announcement takes you to the customer area, but it only has 1.3.0 under the downloads.

Is your license up to date, not expired? I can see 1.3.1 is available.
