xenforo.com working super slow right now

This. External monitoring of my site on/through CF was 'flapping' quite a bit ~15 hrs ago too.

No problems in Asia region, it's nearly an instant download...I can't even grab a screenshot of the speed.

For a number of times today I was left sitting at the Cloudflare human verification page. I did check, I still have a pulse but it just didn't want to know me.

We're having some issues. "Under attack" mode was enabled as a precaution but I'm not actually sure we are/were under attack, as such the server is apparently still going down, so you may be unable to reach the site even after completing the verification.

Honestly, for now from Europe Region, no issue with download speeds.
Also i not see issue with verification, its still CloudFlare issue or you have problem with servers?
xenForo.com is only marginally slow for now.
