XF 2.1 Xenforo.com masks third party URL hosted images with its own Xenforo.com URL. How can I duplicate that?

So on my new Xen2.1 forum, if a user posts a picture from another website and the URL is HTTP instead of HTTPS, my forum will leave that URL as-is, untouched.
And even though I've forced HTTPS on all my forum pages, Chrome will see that HTTP URL for the image and tell you that this individual page is "mixed secure".

But if I post that same pic on xenforo.com, I notice that the URL is no longer a third party URL but now the image has a xenforo.com URL, which is HTTPS of course.
How do I make my forum do this same thing?

Turn on the image proxy in the admin panel.
