It would work similar to how the Resource Manager items have a discussion tab.
Can you imagine the Resource Manager without the Discussion tab ?
I think if /help items had a discussion tab .... people might actually use them ! I think it could also assist in keeping /help items up to date.
The practical information posted in a Help discussion thread could be more useful than the Help item itself.
