That's mostly just a release of his previous Blogs add-on for free with no support or updates. It's just him being nice.
And maybe new forks will be born...

It's very low priority now, as lots of things popped up and we've got lots of updates to do for our already paying customers. As this consumes a lot of time without pay, whilst the others are paid for, it becomes lower priority.@Robust
Any news ???

It's very much possible we'd have to leave this for XF 2 as I'd predict a beta coming out by the time we're free.

Is this dead?
This project was discontinued. It wasn't deemed worthwhile finishing for XF1 at the time, though I was expecting XF2 to be released earlier. In hindsight, I would've finished the add-on if I'd have known XF2 was still quite far away. The didn't even care to comment on my blog related post.
Give you users a way to further express themselves in their own personal area!
This is a beta! Please report all bugs / issues / suggestions!
I may have missed something permission wise / option wise / logic wise so please point these out!
Please do not use on a live environment for now! Unless you're brave for beta testing purposes.
