I have just done a test installation of XenForo in Google App Engine. The howto is available here. I made available the helper add-on that needed to run within GAE. A quick load test result is also included.
Personally, I think GAE is too slow and not worth the trouble.
@xfrocks I followed your guide on a test setup. I have to agree with your findings. Google App Engine is still in early development. Maybe the speed will improve as they push on forward. Still interesting to look up though.
