I'd like to see a 'Post Action Alert' too which alerts users when their posts are moved, deleted, edited,etc.

Getting this issue when trying to make a post, move a post or do anything.

Was working on the old version (before the name change) and not working after.
 
Any way to implement to send out an alert when a thread or post is edited along with a reason? Thanks!
