This likely indicates a permission issue in your data/ directory. Please chmod this directory (and all directories and files within, recursively) 0777 and see if that resolves the issue with new uploads.

I do you say. data / 0777 did the value of all the files in the folder, but did not change the results

Deleted the .htaccess file on data/attachments/0 and fixed it but ı have a question

Is .htaccess cause a nuisance in terms of security of files deleted?

There shouldn't be an .htaccess file in that directory, just a blank index.html file.
