Not a bug [Xenforo 1.4 B2] Display shrunk

Attached are 2 examples, regular size admin control panel xenfor 1.3.4

And shrunk display of xenforo 1.4.0 Beta 2

Text is smaller in the 1.4.0 display and there is a larger gap between the side and the menu bar.
Any ideas how to fix this and make it back to first image?

I suspect this may be a browser setting - i.e. zoomed in/out.

There is no difference in the ACP between 1.3.x and 1.4.

Thanks @Brogan you're right, somehow that one window was set to 90% and the good one was at 100% I would not have thought one tab would have separate settings than the other.
