Whenever I like a post, that post completely disappears. But as soon as I refresh the page, the post I liked appears again.

Hi,
After installing [XenConcept] Hide BBCode on XenForo 2.3.10 with UI.X Pro 2.3.10 theme, all thread views show 'undefined' text where the first post content should be.
The browser console shows this JavaScript error:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'querySelectorAll')at check-hide.js

This happens on ALL threads, not just threads containing [HIDE] tags. Disabling the addon resolves the issue immediately.

XenForo version: 2.3.10
Theme: UI.X Pro 2.3.10.0.0
PHP: 8.4
Latest Hide BBCode version

Could you please advise?

Try testing with a different version of PHP to see if the error is due to the PHP version.

I can't find that information and the developer is MIA here and on his own forums.

@CRUEL-MODZ that's what I thought too because of what the console shows: "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'querySelectorAll')at check-hide.js"
I'm not finding any solutions for now.

Do you have an invalid template modification? I'm asking because the JavaScript script might not be able to find the ID of the first post, and the if statement that checks whether it finds it or not is commented out, so

I really wanted it to work but I give up on this addon.
Clearly the developer is gone and doesn't care anymore. I wish there was a way to contact him but there isn't.
Can anyone recommend a replacement?
