My website does not return anything for API URL of Xenforo API.

This is months late, but like Helladen I was struggling to get past 404 errors simply accessing the API according to the docs, which state:

"For example, if XenForo is installed at https://example.com/community/, then the API URLs will start with https://example.com/community/api/."

Likewise with examples at https://enxf.net/resources/how-to-call-the-xenforo-api.2443/

None mention or show as an example that the file index.php is considered to form part of the Xenforo base URL for this purpose. Nor do any of the examples indicate this. Just a heads-up that idiots like me could use some more clarity on this in the documentation. That complaint placed, now that I am able to use it - thanks, it is a great feature!
