I used Nulumia's addon for a bit until it was abandoned. How does this compare, similar features? Any 'big' features missing that it had, but since is abandoned won't be updated for 2.3.x?

If there are plans in the future for these features, I'm very interested. Even if they don't, I may get it once I have a source of reliable income arriving:
  • nofollow handling (where internal links and domains I specify allow dofollow, but in general don't)
  • Bob's UBS & AMS support. I use those addons a lot, and would love to have more of a centralized location to manage that stuff.
  • Add/remove prefixes from page title display (would mean one less addon for a single purpose)
  • detect broken links
Those are things I would make heavy use of.

Hello there @KensonPlays !

nofollow handling (where internal links and domains I specify allow dofollow, but in general don't)
You can set NoFollow or so via ACP for pages like Members, Media, etc. Also via a thread, a resource, etc.

What you mean here ?
Add/remove prefixes from page title display (would mean one less addon for a single purpose)
If you mean "Prefixe Title - Your Thread Title Here" yes you can do that ;)
detect broken links
This is not implemented, but definitely a good idea!

Not sure how the add-on from Nulumia's was, but feel free to browse our updates. If something is missing, we can still implement it if you do a suggestion ;)

I mean as in when members post links in individual posts. Can you do that?

Would be nice if I could manage those addons SEO info from one centralized admin page. Is there a way to read the template file or something to manage it all in one place? I'm not sure.

That would be able to reduce 3 addons into one, for me!

Yea, On the actual page, displaying prefixes is great, but it would make it easier to find threads if someone has tons of tabs open without them. That's good to know.

So you want to manage link inside posts, not the thread ?

We do have some integration for AMS actually, but not something big, would need to implement more maybe :

We'll see what we can do about this idea ;)

Yes, you can change it "by default" via the ACP, or thread by thread ;)

Kinda, automatically nofollow all links except internal and allowlisted domains (like other sites you own for example). Could help reduce the effectiveness of spam, I think. [I don't currently get any spam except once or so per month, but others can get quite a bit] If spammers don't have followed links on their posts, it will cause search engines to not follow them (at least reliable search engines like Google), right?

True. AMS and UBS are two popular addons for articles and blogging, respectively. Though there is the free addon that @Taylor J is making for blogs, but it's still in early development. A free blog addon would probably be easier to hook into, right?

Hello,
I would like to know why erroneous double urls appear in Andy's Broken links 2.2 add-on when they do not exist in my sitemap.php and whose SEO is managed by Xen-Soluce SEO Optimization 2.7.0 Fix 3

double-urls.webp

Thanks to Andy i solve the problem, i add add seekportbot to the bad bots in the htaccess

Code:
# Deny and Allow bots by User-Agent
SetEnvIfNoCase User-Agent "bot|crawler|fetcher|headlesschrome|inspect|search|spider|seekportbot" bad_bot
SetEnvIfNoCase User-Agent "duckduckgo|googlebot|yahoo" good_bot
Deny from env=bad_bot
Allow from env=good_bot

How can i have a meta title for whats-new, that is different the the title of whats-new, please?
If whats-new is the start page of the site; the meta-title is now: whats new; makes less sense.

Hello there,

We'll have to do an update for that, which is programmed soon !

Regards, SyTry

I'm not asking for a timeline; I should know how to do it and will figure it out by tomorrow. So, no need to hurry.
