XF 1.3 xcfw_cache file

Spoke with the Hosting Company and was told I've maxed out my disk space. They noticed the following file to have a large amount of space being used: xcfw_cache

They Hosting Company suggested I speak or research the Xenforo Forum for answers as they are not really familiar with Xenforo.

Can I clean up/ delete whats within the "xcfw_cache" file?
