@Moshe1010 - This add-on is used on our board for more than a decade, since VB ages. It's basically a mini-CRM inside your threads. Very useful if you communicate with clients through your forum.

So you are kinda pulling the "key" or actionable information from the thread into these "end of thread" notes / ToDO / Mini-CRM footnotes?

Can the Todo items in multiple threads (different customers) be "pulled" into one area for staff to view the work needing to be done in it's entirety ?
