Is it extendible to a feed system and also nobita social group?

Not tested with these add-ons.
I believe there should be no conflicts if they use standard threads and do not modify the action buttons in the thread view.

I'm considering this for use in our classifieds.
I think there may be a significant advantage in having a cap on the number of pinned threads per forum.
A cap gives three advantages:

1. Preserves value
   Limited availability makes a pinned slot more valuable. I can charge more because users are buying scarce visibility.
2. Protects fairness
   Free adverts still get meaningful exposure, so the classified forums do not feel like they have become pay-to-win.
3. Keeps the forum usable
   Members browsing classifieds still see a mix of ordinary and promoted adverts, rather than a wall of paid placements.

Maybe have functionality along these lines?

Maximum paid pinned threads per forum
Sets the maximum number of paid pinned classified threads that can be active in this forum at the same time. Once the limit is reached, members cannot purchase another paid pin until an existing paid pin expires.
