[XB] Paid Registration

[XB] Paid Registration [Paid] 2.0.4

No permission to buy ($30.00)
Sure, agree. Selectable is good because I have one that I use myself. However also fine with the way it is. Side note: The button color would be better as the cta color (call to action) like a Post thread button as well. My current button is not attention-getting.

Im requesting an optional field for each case where the admin can enter a fa icon code.

Im actually requesting it for the supporter use case because I want to give each of the supporter types an attractive fa icon before the title. Fa has some good ones. Here's some examples:

There are a bunch more.
I think it looks good and will stimulate purchases..l
Btw @Russ has helped me with custom work like this in the past

Hello, it seems perfect for my needs. Just a question. Since my members can select 1, 2 or 3 years, do I need also the addon User Upgrade Duration?
@Painbaker probably you missed my question.

My members usually register for just 1 year and when they renew many of them renew for 2 or 3 years. I would like to know if I also need that User Upgrade Duration addon or not. I'm very interested in subscribe to your addon but I need this information.

User Upgrade Duration is required if you want users to choose the duration directly in the upgrade purchase form.

You can still achieve the same result without this add-on by creating separate user upgrades, each with its own fixed duration.
However, in that case, each duration will appear as a separate upgrade, not as a selectable option within a single upgrade.

Thanks for the clarification, I think that I'll buy it. Can you only confirm that, using your addon, the user registering need to pay to finish the registration otherwise it will not be registered? I need your addon to solve the problem of people registering and not paying so if that feature is present I'll buy it in the next days, thanks.

Basically my forum is accessible only to members so the visitors can see just the structure but not the threads and there's one free area. I wanna keep the same behaviour but introduce the fact that if you want to register you need to pay and you cannot only register without paying. That's the last question sorry :-)

Yes, this add-on allows registration only after a successful account upgrade purchase. If the payment is not completed, the user will not be registered.

Oops never mind I just discovered this, which is really cool and per account type so I have two different button colors that match the group banner color woot! I just wish the hover was a variation of the color like a XF button instead of reverting to default. This is pretty awesome though.

Thanks! This looks good. Could you add a little more space between the cart icon and the Purchase text?
It would be nice if we could display the badge FA icons on the associated usergroup banner.

Suggestion:

Child account types. So in the settings of an account type be able to define a child of a parent account type. This would put the child neatly below the parent in the same column (with one border), and what it would do is allow things like paying monthly and annually for the user upgrade without having to use two columns. So in XF we set up two upgrades, one is monthly one is annual. And instead of two columns, there is one column for the monthly upgrade with a full description, for example, and right below it is the title of the annually paid upgrade and the description says "Same as above but paid annually" or whatever we want to put, with its own button.

Makes it nice and tidy for when we have multiple levels of upgrades as well as durations. The levels can be the columns. Thanks

Here's a good example of something similar, this would be 6 upgrades in XF with Annual being children of Monthly. Not exactly like this but close. I think for your add-on still allow the description above it but it would be short since everything is described in the parent.

People who are not registered on the site can purchase a membership type without being logged in. When they complete the registration, the system does not ask for payment details and shows the membership as if it has already been paid. This appears to be a bug.

The ticket we received from the member who discovered the bug is as follows:

"It’s actually very simple. You log out of your account and go to the upgrade account page. Then you click ‘Buy’ and enter your email address. When it redirects you to the account creation page, you create a new account, and the membership is automatically assigned to the account you just created."

I am a licensed customer of this add-on and @Painbaker needs to fix this issue. If this is not fixed, I'll have to report the add-on as unmaintained.
