If i'm not mistaken, in order to see flags after install (I used this add on on 1.5) the member must logout/ login? I currently can see my flag but no one else, just installed add on, and THANKS for this, my members love it!
Correct. They must login or visit the site if they are permanently logged in for their flag to be visible.
That shouldn't be happening.
Re-upload all of the add-on files to your server and re-run the check.

I've just tried the new version you added, It didn't install as expected, but it gave me some error logs to look at. I passed these error logs onto my server hosting provider to see if they could see anything not working their end, they replied with this, Both the errors in the error log...

That is definitely coming from the Maxmind site.
They use CloudFlare and MaxMind either has "I'm Under Attack" mode activated or your site is on a shared server and the shared IP address for your site has been used to access Maxmind too much and has triggered CloudFlare's DDOS protection, or your server IP is blacklisted at MaxMind.
To my knowledge, there is nothing I can do about that. The only thing you can do is try again later in the day or on another day.

Yes it does. The last update included a couple of minor changes to display properly with the round avatars.
Excellent, I won't be using the round avatars, I am staying with square avatars, will that make a difference? Thanks.

Yeah, it's something with that. I just checked with Safari on my iPad and it displays centered without a problem.
