Want to hire an a adsense pro.

I'm a decent size forum with January's pageviews at 1.7 million.

I've seen my Google adsense revenue drop significantly since the beginning of December to the point that it's 20% of what it was all of last year.
I'm not an expert and I'm sure I don't have a great strategy, but I am struggling to understand why the significant drop or what I should be doing to reasonably maximize ad revenue.

Your not the only one... I have had the same exact issues, I have been trying to figure out if this is some thing that has to do with Adsense, my server, Xenforo or a combination. I went all the way down to less than a dollar a day revenue after 25 years of successful advertising success. The only thing that changed was that I upgraded to the newest version of PHP and the newest version of Xenforo. According to SEO sites my server is configured almost 100% for all categories so not sure what to do. It's just not sustainable. I can tell you that Google changed the model from CPC to RPM for payment so you don't get paid per click but how many thousands of impressions.

Same. I'm a tiny site but still did well with Adsense until they made the changes. At this point, I'm probably just going to DeGoogle and quit using Analytics, Adsense, et al. No value in giving them data for pennies a day.
