Design issue Wrong redirect link after triggered spam cleaner

Using spam cleanup for first post of a thread. In option we set the permanent deletion option. When cleanup this post, XF still redirects to this thread even it was deleted.

Unfortunately, at best there could be a super hacky workaround to deal with this and it would be very specific based on the URL. The redirection is simply dynamically determined and takes you back to where you came from. As such, I think this isn't something that's going to change. Note that if you choose the IP check option, it won't do the redirect so that prevents the issue.
