XF 2.1 Wrong hash for ca-certificates.crt

In a full installation package downloaded yesterday the hash is listed as
"src/vendor/stripe/stripe-php/data/ca-certificates.crt": "38b6230aa4bee062cd34ee0ff6da173250899642b1937fc130896290b6bd91e3", when it is in fact 435ac8e816f5c10eaaf228d618445811c16a5e842e461cb087642b6265a36856 (as it has been for quite a while)

This causes health check errors.

I justed downloaded new packages (full and upgrade) for two other licenses and got the same result.

The hash starting with 38b623 is correct and represents the current content of that file.

To be clear, that file was changed in XF 2.1.10. The previous version did have a hash starting with 435ac8.

I cannot reproduce any file health check errors myself.
