Fixed Wrong edit user ACP link in administrator logs

Hello,

Same bug as this one : http://xenforo.com/community/threads/wrong-edit-user-acp-link-in-error-logs.54172/, but in admin logs.

When you click the username that triggered an admin log (the admin's username), it's redirecting to admin.php?users/id.user/.

It should be admin.php?users/id.user/edit.

Fixed, thanks. I haven't found any other references to this so hopefully that should be the only.
