exactly! You're kidding, right? IPB and vBulletin are more expensive than XF. I don't know if I've ever even heard of any forum software that's $50.
There's always one...Quite sad really, it's very expensive for a forum software.
Xenforo should of been affordable, I was hoping in the $50 region
There's always one...
Not everybody can spend $140 on a virtual software...
It's not $140, it's $100.Not everybody can spend $140 on a virtual software...
Those people need to either save some money or use free or cheaper software.
It's not $140, it's $100.
And it's not virtual, it's real.
You're using it now aren't you?
exactly!
Imagine if it was that cheap, they'd get a lot more buyers (In my opinion), anything over $100 is too expensive for a "virtual" software (in my opinion), I'm sure big companies etc will buy it, but for young people, it's out of the equation
http://www.phpbb.com/Such as?
What does that mean?I can't interact with it unless I am on the internet, that makes it virtual, I can't physically interact with it.
You should clarify it's $100 on day one, $140 after.It's not $140, it's $100.
And it's not virtual, it's real.
You're using it now aren't you?
If you want free, you take what you can get.
If you want quality, it costs.
You get what you pay for. xenForo is very nice considering it cheap value.Quite sad really, it's very expensive for a forum software.
Xenforo should of been affordable, I was hoping in the $50 region
Alert - Someone will quote your post in 5 mins.......before they even do.
Everybody is entitled to an opinion.Oh blimey, here we go again.
yeah, exactly, I suppose the reason phpbb is so big is because it's free.
If I were the developers, I'd take a different approach to making money - mods rather then people purchasing the software.
