Have paid, but after almost one hour of transaction, they send me refund and saying they cannot process my service.

So you were /are being ddosed, you looked to move to wiredtreee and they said no?

My Forum is under attack, this whole afternoon until now.. still recovering on it.
Now I tried to purchased one of their plan, paid for it.
Some of their staff called me on Phone, the deal is OK.
But all of a sudden, I got mail saying I have refunded and they cannot accept and process my Site.
I keep on asking Why? Whats the reason?
They don't even answer me.

This is the only answer they keep telling me:
Code:
Unfortunately, I'm not able to share them for security reasons.

Wouldn't be the first time i've heard of hosts refusing to accept a customer being Ddosed.

I've had a similar situation with my former host. They did not cancel my account but they did null route my ip address until they got it resolved.

Thought I'm not so sure, if it is.
They don't tell the reason why.
But, before the call ended, I just ask their representative if they accept a website under ddos attack and he answer YES.

Sales representatives will say anything you want to hear... unfortunately middle management are probably the ones who have declined you.

Go to servint.
I second that. I got there superb support.
If you are under DDoS all the time, I would also look for a host that offers Radware services (I had it for $10/month, but it depends on how much GB of data you have).
Litespeed can also mitigate DDoS attacks (if configured properly).

Yes Wiredtree isn't an Anti-DDOS provider, so it's normal for them to not accept such a site if they knew in advance. Most web hosts who are DDOS mitigation specialists won't accept you or even if they did, would probably ask you to leave if DDOS attacks are large and frequent.

If you're under DDOS attack you need to look at a DDOS provider like blacklotus, staminus or business and higher plans for cloudflare or incapsula.

But if it ain't DDOS related, the other possible reason Wiredtree didn't except you is you failed or triggered their internal fraud checks. Most web hosts have them and they never reveal to the rejected client the reason either.
