Will i get re-fund if xenforo fails in the lawsuit or w.e it was?

Hi if you guys fail on lawsuit after 15th january 2013 then does everyone who bought xenforo get a re-fund? if that makes xenforo close completely? since i don't wanna risk paying 169$ and then xenforo closes down because they failed on lawsuit.

With xenforo some of the most basic mods cost money and those costs can really add up. I never really expected that.

I know, that's one thing that irks me about the resources here. Most of those "basic" or core software features in vBulletin are here, but as paid only... which of course I have no money, so I'm screwed. Need people making free versions of those lol. I think alot of them think "well, they're coming from vBulletin, and since they're used to those features built into vBulletin and it's necessity, I'll be banking off them here at XF."

Alot of those really useful, anti-spam, or "tools" for basic / general necessity should be free too though. Custom requests, yes, make it paid scripts/resources..

Economy is tough these days and this is the only source of income for some. Your paying for their time and skill. If you don't want to pay for it, simply learn to code it yourself, once the concept is there, it's not hard to duplicate it.

oh i agree, hence why i'm broke and not having money to pay for anything lol. don't have time to learn to code, barely get free time to get back into learning/web designing to sell stuff to make money that way either.. sucks which ever way you look at it sigh. even if i had millions of dollars, it's bytch, cause i'm perma-limited with paypal, and that's usually the only payment option people take/accept as well, which is another thing that makes it harder.

Everyone wants to explore the hypothetical outcome of the lawsuit. Unfortunately this has always proven counterproductive as a forum topic. And of course XenForo cannot commit to hypothetical outcomes so there can be no answer to your question.
