18 is rediculous. As you say, you'd get less for Murder.

Ah, it was the States - that explains it. Land of sentences that can run past 100 years! lol

They found massive evidence that led to the Blaine hacker being slapped with charges for identity theft, making threats against Biden, possession of child pornography as well as distribution of kiddie-porn.

He didn't get 18 years for one thing. He got a total of 18 years for multiple offenses.

I almost want to post quotes of this whole thread up to this point to say this is all completely logical and I can sum up my feelings on it in two sentences I think.

People change when they don't think they are accountable for their actions and there are a lot of people who like to as I say "hide behind a wire" or in this case via WiFi for the most part but the point the same when given the chance had shown what his composition as a person was truly built on.

What this person did is truly criminal...and framing people and pedo-related activity are the mark of those that should not have any freedom... as he saw fit to have fun taking that freedom from those around him simply because he thought he was going to get away with it which in my opinion makes him worse than anything.

I guess I need three sentences...aside from the pedo stuff which I won't even begin to express in this civil conversation suffice it to say even people in jail follow a code and he won't last to long outside solitary in lockup, if this person was in the military I would say... he was engaging in psychological warfare against a non-specific enemy with a fire at will type of directive....text book terrorism.
