Why don't we have WordPress like post editor?

Just wondering why don't we get a WordPress like post editor that supports H1 - H6 tags, tables, special characters etc.? Would definitely make life easier.

There aren't BBCodes for those relevant things.

Though, there could be.. relatively simply too.

The problem though is that the average thread starter isn't going to use header tags appropriately. The h1-6 tags can be used for SEO benefits in articles which a lot of bloggers understand the importance of. The average user will just use them to have different style words here and there.

In my opinion, there isn't much need for that feature and the toolbar for the editor is already pretty full.
