Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to send my DB backup from my current FTP to an other FTP using WHM.

WHM has a feature to copy an entire account to another WHM server. But to copy just a database backup you can open a SSH connection to your WHM server, then use command line SFTP. Here is a guide:

That will allow you to transfer files directly between servers without using your computer as a go-between.

What do you mean by copying an entire account, what is an account ?

In WHM you create hosting accounts. An account is an entire web site including files, databases, emails, and all CPanel settings.
