XF 2.1 While at or above points threshold - can I get some help?

So, I don't know what "While at or above points threshold" means. Does it mean a 0 day ban? The staff on my forum want to make it so official warnings don't auto-ban. We want to be able to decide IF we ban and for how long case-by-case, if its possible. But when I select "temporary" it requires 1- day minimum. If I select "while at or above points threshold" is that a 0 day ban?

Sorry if I'm being dumb about this. Help is appreciated.

i tested it and it looks like "while at or above points threshold" means no ban. If im misunderstanding this feature, let me know!

The action you apply will take effect while the member is at or above the points threshold you specify.
The points are the warning points the member has against their account.
