Which plugin is best to have a custom sidebar?

Hi guys,

Which plugin will work best if I need a space on the right side where I can add custom code and do so within a blue box thingy so it looks like to blends in.

If there is no plugin can someone tell me what they think the code may be?

Probably the best all-around is @xfrocks [bd] Widget Framework. If you can't do it with that, then it probably doesn't need to be done.
