XF 2.1 Possible to have a custom field choice on a page?

Is it possible to have a custom profile field option displayed and executed through a page via the nodes?

Eg: "Do you want full access?" User would check "Yes" and then hit submit and the cron job would then upgrade their account, however, I don't want this in the contact or preferences pages within the user profile, is it possible to have it on an external page via the nodes?

If so, how can this be achieved?

Ah that's a bummer. I had an idea but was hoping it would be simple to accomplish within XF. Alright no worries.
