Where to put Google Webmaster code and Google Analytic Code??

Google Analytics > Through your XenForo ACP > Options > Statistics & Metrics > Stick your UA-XXXXX-X code in the box and save.

Google Web Master (for site verification?) - I personally use DNS entries, but you can also just upload the HTML file. If you want to add the line of code to your header information, add it to the header template.

Admin CP -> Options -> Statistics and Metrics, just add in your GA Property ID in the Google Analytics field.
