XF 2.2 Where to put Google Tag

It's a while since I've done this and it's all changed again at the Google End. So in Google Search console/analytics, registered the new website for a "data stream" and was given a google tag. Which I have placed in Setup-Options-SEO in the box that says "Google Analytics Web Property ID". Which seems quite simple. Is that all there is to it? ie does Xenforo then put it in the right place from there? All the instructions were for putting it in the header of every page. And I ticked to anonymise IP addresses.

Does the Google One Tap Sign-in code go in the same position in the header? Have been trying for a while to install that.
