XF 2.3 Where to find the logs to figure out the chron errors?

Getting this warning and can't find what's not being triggered or if I missed something in installation.

@infinitys you're not using my CLI Job / Cron Runner addon are you by any chance?

(Not suggesting you should - just that this error sometimes shows up in the AdminCP when using my addon - but it doesn't actually mean anything - jobs still get run as normal)

i happen to saw the same thing a couple days ago after hosts messed up some stuff and tried to fix it....some sorta php/permission etc thing sorting out now...
