Where is warning type title stored?

I am trying to pull the warning type title but can't seem to find where it is stored? I don't see a column for it in the definitions table. The only reference I see is the warning table which would require a warning to already exist. I need to grab it before the warning is created.

It's a phrase which are automatically generated and added to the Master Language.

The phrase title is in the format: warning_title.<warning_id>

Ignore this post. The correct phrase title, in XF1 is:

warning_definition_<warning_id>_title
