XF 2.0 Where is the spam cleaner

In each message, where is the spam cleaner? I am logged in as admin, and i can't find "Spam" in the message.
I have verified in "analyze permission" that my user has "spam cleaner" permission.

Check the criteria for the spam cleaner - number of posts, etc.
