XF 1.4 Where do I put DFP code for Background wallpaper/ad

Running a background/Wallpaper/Site Skin through Google DFP. I have the ad tags but don't know where to place the div tag. I tried Page_Container between every div there is. It's not working... Any clue?

Yes I have the header tag in the correct spot as I run DFP tags already.
