XF 2.2 Where do I find acp--advanced-mode templates?

Where do I find the template that makes the admin cp add nodes pop-up? I want to make forums instead of category the default to save a step for adding a bunch of forums. I searched "this_cannot_be_changed_once_node_has_been_created" but no templates were found.

Source says class="has-no-js template-node_list acp--advanced-mode" data-template="node_list" but I can't find that template. do I need to somehow enable advanced mode in my config file?
