XF 2.0 When I click on an IP address to get more info, I get an error message

When I click an IP address in the ACP, I am not sent to whatismyipaddress.com. Any idea why?

Remove the last slash so its like this.

I did do, no luck. When I click an ip in the ACP I get the error message, and the url is https://syracusefan.com/misc/ip-info?ip=12.3.4.56
