Chris has stated that Xenforo is well aware of this site and that they've reported it to the IWF. They know perfectly well what it is.

I promise everyone in this thread, much like we have done with other sites, all avenues are being explored, but we cannot provide an ongoing commentary on what that is.

If you think it’s as simple as we can “take them down”, I’m afraid you don’t have a very good understanding of how this works, and I can say that confidently from past experience.

So just out of curiosity then Chris, how do you actually police your license compliance? Because from what yourself and others on here have said, it would seem you can't.
